Alicia Light joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2022. Prior to passing the California Bar Exam, Alicia worked as a law clerk for the firm since May of 2020.

Alicia Light graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science in 2018. In 2022, Alicia Light received her Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Chapman University. While in law school, Alicia was heavily involved in the competition program, competing each semester both as a teammate and member of the executive board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team. She was honored to represent Chapman University in several ABA and National negotiation and client counseling competitions. She also served as a class representative and Secretary for the Student Bar Association from 2021-2022. As a Student Director, Alicia also fostered community and provided resources for academic success for incoming and first year law students. Upon graduating, Alicia received the 2022 Cathy Elliott Award in Community Building, presented by the Dean to the graduating student who distinguished themselves as building strong ties between students and faculty, staff, and administration within the Fowler School of Law—someone who truly modeled the ethos and spirit of the Chapman Family.  

Alicia was admitted to the California State Bar in 2022 and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys baking, weightlifting, and playing card games with her family.
