Zhao (“Luna”) Liu joined the Long Beach office of Kelly, Trotter & Franzen in 2025.

Zhao graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2022. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School in 2025. During law school, she was involved in Legal Education Access & Development.

Zhao was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025.

In her free time, Zhao enjoys reading, painting with watercolor and gouache, and spending time with her family and friends.
