Margareta “Margo” Lee is an associate attorney in the Long Beach office of Kelly, Trotter & Franzen.

Margo earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College and her Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio, where she also received a Certificate in Litigation. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2024.

Prior to joining Kelly, Trotter & Franzen, Margo spent several years working in healthcare administration for a large nonprofit healthcare system in Southwest Virginia. Her experience working within a complex healthcare organization provides her with a practical understanding of the clinical, operational, and administrative environments in which healthcare professionals and organizations practice. She brings this perspective to her legal work, particularly when addressing matters involving healthcare providers and institutions.

Outside of her legal practice, Margo enjoys weightlifting, running, horseback riding, reading, tennis, scuba diving, spending time with her two dogs, and going to concerts.
