John Kelly and Mercedes Rezai Speak at SCAHRM

Each year, Southern California Association of Hospital Risk Managers (SCARHM) holds an educational conference for providers, attorneys, and insurers, bringing in influential speakers to speak on various hot topics.  John and Mercedes spoke on a panel regarding managing sexual abuse allegations and claims.  They discussed the legal challenges healthcare institutions face, as the occurrence and severity of sexual abuse claims increase nationwide.  The session was well-attended and informative, thanks in part to John and Mercedes!  (May 2023)
