Tobin J. (Toby) Trobough, is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics/Business and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. Mr. Trobough has over 25 years of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trial and arbitration. In the past, he has been a partner/shareholder in three prominent professional liability defense firms. He has successfully represented physicians, medical groups, hospitals and health maintenance organizations. Mr. Trobough has lectured on various medical legal issues to hospital medical staff and nurses. He has also given continuing legal education on various litigation related topics to associates in his prior firms. In addition, he has volunteered his time in coaching and judging both high school and college moot court competitions, both in California and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Trobough lives with his wife, Marilu, in Pacific Palisades, CA. When not practicing law, he enjoys participating in multiple sporting activities and fully supports his wife’s passion for rescuing animals.
